EXIT Realty Green Team

We are a real estate team that has been together for several years (originally formed in 2010) but have recently just purchased a new franchise and location in February 2021 just off Smyrna Pkwy. Our team is different from a traditional brokerage for a few reasons - first, we are husband/wife owned team (George and Julie Green) and are, ourselves, residents of the Fern Creek area  (Julie was actually born and raised in Fern Creek!). Secondly, our brokerage runs as a "team" versus individual agents, so our model is different from more traditional real estate brokerages as we believe this gives the best customer service possible! Thirdly - and the one we are most proud of - is that our team is a "Homes for Heroes Affiliate" team, meaning that for all teachers, EMS, firefighters, police officers, veterans, active duty and medical professionals that we serve in a real estate transaction, we give back a portion of our commission as a way to say "thank you" for their service. We are ranked #3 in the nation (as of today) for the number of heroes we have served and have given back over $200,000 in the last 2.5 years, so we are very excited about the program and giving back to those who deserve it. Our team, professionally, was also ranked #1 in the region by EXIT Realty Corp International in 2019 for the number of transactions we have completed, which was just shy of $25 million in sales last year, so we are definitely not afraid of hard work and are backed by a lot of experience. We love staying in touch with our clients long after the transaction is complete and strive to be your "realtors for life", believing that the relationship is THE most important factor in the transaction.

We look forward to this transition and are coming from the Hurstbourne area (where our team has been up until now) under another brokerage called EXIT Realty Crutcher. This move to be on our own - as EXIT Realty Green Team - is exciting and something we have dreamed of. We hope to meet all the local businesses around us as we are very big believers in doing business locally whenever possible. We hope to become an integral part of the Fern Creek Chamber and look forward to being active members.
